Uroko-gata Kissho Ryu-mon(Brocade with Design of Good Omen and Dragon in Triangles)
A dragon is supposed to be a supreme animal in imagination living in the water and flying in the air riding on a cloud. A small dragon design of this brocade, called uryu or a rain dragon, is about ready to ascend into heaven as his antlers being grown, surrounded by a collection of good omen, each of which has a meaning of inviting luck by the mallet, good augury by the cloud, protecting from evil by the clove, and knowledge and integrity by the treasure scroll drawn in the triangles.
We have woven into warp-patterned brocade representing the characteristic atmosphere of the tasteful pattern in our original colors.
