of the Change: We will issue delivery slips and receipts as PDF files. Consequently, we will discontinue the issuance of traditional purchase details (delivery slips) and receipts, as well as their inclusion with shipments or delivery by mail.
・You can view and print your delivery slips and receipts by accessing the link provided in the shipping notification email from the “Tatsumura Art Textiles Official Online Shop.” Registered members can also view and print these documents from their “My Page.”

■Important Notes
・We cannot issue delivery slips or receipts before the product is shipped.
Please access the link after receiving the shipping notification email. ・By default, the name on the receipt is the name of the person who placed the order. If you wish to use a different name, you can change it yourself on the receipt issuance screen.
・If you selected cash on delivery as your payment method, the cash on delivery receipt issued by the shipping company will serve as your official receipt.
・If you have email filters enabled to prevent spam, please adjust your settings to allow emails from the domain “@tatsumura.co.jp.” Please note that we are unable to assist with email settings; please contact your mobile carrier or service provider for assistance.
