Payment Method
Please make payment by one of the following methods

If you choose "Cash on Delivery", please pay the amount indicated in the order e-mail to the delivery person in cash or by credit card when the product is delivered. If you choose the "Cash on Delivery" option, please pay the amount indicated in the order e-mail to the delivery person in cash or by credit card. Please refer to the following for details on the cash on delivery fee.

The receipt attached to the invoice issued by the shipping company is the official receipt according to accounting regulations. Please note that we cannot issue a separate receipt. If you would like a receipt without your name on it, please let us know when you place your order.
Bank transfer (prepayment)
If you choose "Bank Transfer", please transfer the amount of money shown in the order e-mail to the designated bank account. If you choose "Bank Transfer", please transfer the money to the bank account specified in the order e-mail. Please see below for the bank account number and other information. Please note that you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee. Please note that you are responsible for the bank transfer fee.
Total amount of payment = Product price + Bank transfer fee + Shipping fee

Please transfer the money to the following bank account. The name of the payer should be the name of the person who placed the order.

Credit Card Payment

Delivery will be made within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Year-end and New Year vacations and summer vacations will be announced separately.
About shipping charges
■ Shipping to Japan
Shipping costs are as follows. However, if the total amount of your order exceeds 15,000 yen (excluding tax) and is shipped to a single location, shipping is free. Even if the total amount of your purchase exceeds 15,000 yen (excluding tax), if there are multiple delivery addresses specified, you will be charged for each delivery address. Please understand this in advance.

※About payment of customs duties, etc.
We use EMS (Express Mail Service) of Japan Post Co., Ltd. for overseas shipments, and EMS requires the recipient to pay any customs duties and taxes incurred, and does not permit prepayment by the sender. Therefore, customs duties and taxes (including customs clearance fees) may be due upon receipt of your package in accordance with the customs and laws of each country. Product Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us by e-mail or phone (03-3551-5756) within 7 days of receiving the product. (In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or not what you ordered, we will pay for the return shipping. Please note that we do not accept returns of special order items requested by customers, except for defective or damaged items.
Return and exchange of products due to customer's reason
Returned goods
If you wish to return an item due to a customer reason, such as a wrong order or a different feeling from what you expected, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, we will refund you after we confirm the arrival of the returned item.
- If you are a credit card customer, you will receive a refund for the product price only, minus the shipping fee, via your credit card company. (If the procedure is completed after the credit card company's closing date, the full amount of your purchase will be deducted and then refunded by the credit card company.)
- (If the transaction is completed after the closing date of the credit card company, the full amount of the purchase will be deducted and then refunded by the credit card company. If you return the product for any reason, you will be charged a refund fee (less than 30,000 yen = 440 yen, more than 30,000 yen = 660 yen).
- If you are a COD customer, you will be refunded only the product price minus the shipping fee and COD fee by bank transfer. If you return an item for any reason, you will be charged a refund fee (less than 30,000 yen = 440 yen, more than 30,000 yen = 660 yen).
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product, we will refund you after we confirm the arrival of the returned product. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. (If you wish to exchange the item, please order the replacement item again from the website.
- If you have paid by credit card, you will receive a refund of the product price only, minus the shipping fee, via your credit card company. (If the procedure is completed after the credit card company's closing date, the full amount of the purchase will be deducted and then refunded by the credit card company.)
- (If the transaction is completed after the closing date of the credit card company, the full amount of the purchase will be deducted and then refunded by the credit card company. About returns and exchanges due to our defects
Returned goods
Please return the item(s) to us by cash on delivery. We will refund you as soon as we receive confirmation of the returned items.
- If you have paid by credit card, you will receive a full refund via your credit card company. (If the procedure is completed after the credit card company's closing date, the full amount of your purchase will be deducted and then refunded by the credit card company.)
- If you have paid by bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded by bank transfer. For "Cash on Delivery" customers, the full amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
Exchange
Please return the item(s) to us by cash on delivery. After we confirm the arrival of the returned product, we will process the refund. Please place another order for the replacement item on the website.
- If you paid by credit card, the full amount will be refunded via your credit card company. (If the procedure is completed after the credit card company's closing date, the full amount of your purchase will be deducted and then refunded by the credit card company.)
- If you have paid by bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded by bank transfer. For "Cash on Delivery" customers, the full amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
About Point Service
Points can only be used for purchases made at the official Tatsumura Bijutsu Orimono online store.
- Please note that points cannot be used at other online stores or physical stores.
- Please register as a member from here before purchasing. There is no admission fee or annual fee for membership registration.
- When you register as a new member, you will receive a coupon worth 500 yen.
- Multiple coupon codes cannot be used, and only one coupon can be applied to an order.
- You can only use one coupon per order. 5% of the purchase amount will be given as points when you log in to shop after registering. Points will be awarded for purchases made when using points, minus the amount of points.
- Points are not calculated based on the total purchase price, but on each product, with the decimal point being rounded down.
- Points will not be awarded at the time the order is placed, but within one week after the product is shipped.
- Points earned do not expire. The expiration date is subject to change without notice. Please note that the expiration date may change without prior notice.
- Points can be used for your next purchase by converting them into coupons, where 1 point is worth 1 yen. However, when the payment method is "Cash on Delivery", the points can only be used within the range of the same charge for cash on delivery.
- The amount of purchases that are eligible for points does not include consumption tax or shipping charges. Points will be awarded only for the purchase price.
