Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item you ordered, please contact us via email or by phone (03-3551-5756) within 7 days of receiving the item.(Limited to unused items) In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, is defective, or differs from your order, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that for custom-made items ordered at your request, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defects or damage.
Returns and Exchanges for Customer-Initiated Reasons
Returns
For returns due to customer reasons—such as ordering the wrong item or the product not meeting your expectations—you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, we will process your refund after confirming receipt of the returned item.
- For customers who paid via “Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mobile Payment (QR Code), au PAY, Rakuten Pay, d-Barai, or Paidy,” we will refund “only the product price” (minus shipping costs) through the payment processor.(If the refund process is completed after the payment provider’s cutoff date, the full purchase amount will be charged first, and then a refund will be issued by the payment provider.)
- For customers who paid via “bank transfer, convenience store payment, or cash on delivery,” we will refund “only the product price” (minus “shipping costs” and “any fees charged at the time of payment”) via bank transfer. If you return an item for reasons attributable to you, you will be responsible for any refund processing fees.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will process your refund after confirming receipt of the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges made at your discretion. (Please return the item with shipping prepaid.) Please place a new order for the replacement item through our website.
- For customers who paid via “Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mobile Payment (QR Code), au PAY, Rakuten Pay, d-Pay, or Paidy,” we will refund “only the product price” (minus “shipping costs”) through the payment processor.(If the refund process is completed after the payment provider’s cutoff date, the full purchase amount will be charged first, and then a refund will be issued by the payment provider.)
- For customers who paid via “bank transfer, convenience store payment, or cash on delivery,” we will refund “only the product price” (minus “shipping fees” and “any applicable transaction fees”) via bank transfer. If you return an item for reasons attributable to you, you will be responsible for the refund processing fee.

We kindly ask that you return the item via collect-on-delivery. We will process your refund as soon as we confirm receipt of the returned item.
- For customers who paid via “Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Smartphone Payment (QR Code), au PAY, Rakuten Pay, d-Pay, or Paidy,” the full amount will be refunded through the payment processor.(If the refund is processed after the payment provider’s cutoff date, the full purchase amount will be charged to your account first, and then refunded by the payment provider.)
- For customers who paid via “bank transfer, convenience store payment, or cash on delivery,” the full amount will be refunded via bank transfer.
Exchanges
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please return the item via collect-on-delivery. We will process your refund once we confirm receipt of the returned item. Please place a new order for the replacement item through our website.
