Collection: Granada's Hare
Islamic decorative arts flourished and reached the height in the Nasr Dynasty (1232-1492), being represented by the Alhambra in Granada, south Spain.
Adopted from the design of a textile woven during that period, this piece is composed of geometric and symmetrical patterns with a pair of hares as a motif.
It is executed as a warp-patterned brocade with an exotic Islamic atmosphere.
