How to use points
About Point Service
Points can only be used for purchases made at the "Tatsumura Bijutsu Orimono Official Online Shop".
- Please note that points cannot be used at other online stores or physical stores.
- Membership is limited to members only, so please register here before making a purchase. Membership registration is free of admission fee and annual fee.
- A coupon worth 500 yen will be given upon new member registration.
- Multiple coupon codes (including automatic discounts for various campaigns) cannot be used, and only one coupon can be applied to an order at a time.
- If a customer uses a coupon code discount while an automatic discount is being offered for a specific product in a campaign, etc., only the more advantageous discount will be applied automatically at the time of the customer's checkout.
Please note that some products may not be eligible for discounts with coupons, even if the discount is offered as part of a campaign, etc. Please understand this in advance. - If you log in and shop after registering as a member, 5% of the purchase price will be given as points.
When you use points, points will be awarded for the amount of your purchase minus the amount of points. - Points are not calculated based on the total purchase price, but on each product, rounding down to the nearest whole number.
- Points are not awarded at the time of order, but within one week after the product is shipped.
- Points earned do not expire. The expiration date is subject to change without notice. Please note that the expiration date may change without prior notice.
- Points earned can be used as 1 point for 1 yen on your next and subsequent purchases. Points will be converted into discount coupons of any amount and consumed. Please refer to the next section for details on how to use points at checkout.
However, if the payment method is "Cash on Delivery", the points can only be used within the same price range of the cash-on-delivery fee. - The purchase amount eligible for points does not include consumption tax and shipping charges. Points will be awarded only for the price of the purchased items.
How to use points
1. log in / register as a member
Points can only be used by members. If you are a registered member, please log in here. If you are not a registered member, please register here before making a purchase. There is no admission fee or annual fee for membership registration. 2.

2. click on "Customer Points
Click on "Your Points" at the bottom right of the page. A screen will appear where you can enter the points you wish to use. Note that the "Your Points" button will not appear once you have proceeded to the purchase process, so please enter the number of points you wish to use before clicking the "Proceed to Purchase" button.

Enter the number of points to be used.
Enter the number of points you wish to use and click "Use". The points will be converted into a coupon, and you will then be automatically redirected to the purchase procedure screen.

Confirmation of Point Usage Status
Below the coupon code entry field, the coupon code with the points used automatically converted will be displayed. The discount amount will also be displayed under the subtotal, so please check the discount amount, and if it is correct, click "Proceed to Shipping Method Selection" and follow the purchase procedure.


How to use the coupon
If you would like to use a discount coupon that is presented in the mail magazine or when you register as a member, enter the coupon code you would like to use in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply" on the right to apply the discount. Please note that the discount cannot be used in conjunction with the use of points.
