Collection: Kikko Shu-mon Nishiki (Brocade of Auspicious Design)

In the Hang Dynasty, China (206BC~220AD), brocades were made in which the Chinese characters were woven. The original design of this brocade was made in the Sui through the Tang Dynasty, China (581~907AD) which was found from the Astana Cemetery, Turpan, China by the excavation research. We have made into warp-pattered brocade weaving-in the Chinese character of "KICHI" meaning a good luck.
