We will issue delivery slips and receipts in PDF format. Accordingly, we will no longer issue purchase invoices (delivery slips) and receipts, and deliver them with the product or by mail.
You will be able to view and print out the statement of delivery and receipt by accessing the URL in the shipping notification e-mail from "Tatsumura Bijutsu Orimono Official Online Shop". If you have already registered as a member, you can access the URL by clicking on the link "My PageIf you are a registered member, you can also view and print them from "My Page".

Please note that we cannot issue a delivery note or receipt before the product is shipped. Please access to the site after receiving a shipment notification e-mail.
If the payment method is cash on delivery, a cash on delivery receipt issued by the shipping company will be used in place of a receipt.
If you have set up your e-mail address to prevent spam mail, please make sure that you can receive e-mails from the domain name "@tatsumura.co.jp".
