We accept inquiries as usual, but we may respond to them sequentially after May 7, 2025 (Wed.). Please understand this in advance.
○Inquiries by phone
We will be open for business on and after May 7, 2024 (Wed.).
○Orders through the online store
We will accept orders as usual, but shipping will be as follows
Orders received by the end of the day on April 23 (Wed.)
⇒ Shipment by April 25 (Fri.)
(*Some orders may be shipped on or after April 30 (Wed.) depending on the contents of the order.)
Orders placed between April 24 (Thu.) and May 6 (Tue.)
⇒ Orders placed between April 30 (Wed.) and May 2 (Fri.), and orders placed on or after May 7 (Wed.) will be shipped sequentially.
Orders received on or after May 7 (Wed.) will also be processed and shipped sequentially, so it may take longer than usual for delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
