Please be informed that our summer holiday closure will be as follows.

■Regarding Inquiries and Orders
○Inquiries via Contact Form or Email
　　We will continue to accept inquiries as usual; however, replies will be handled in order from Monday, August 17 onward.

○Inquiries by Phone
　　Regular business operations will resume from Monday, August 17.

○Orders via the Online Shop
　　Orders can be placed as usual; however, product shipments will be handled as follows.
　　・Orders placed by Wednesday, August 5
　　　⇒ Shipped on Friday, August 7
　　　(※Depending on the order details, shipment may be made after Monday, August 17.)

　　・Orders placed from Thursday, August 6 to Sunday, August 16
　　　⇒ Shipped sequentially from Monday, August 17 onward

For orders placed from Monday, August 17 onward, we will process and ship them sequentially, so delivery may take longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
