文様説明

Mibuderagire
Mibu Kyogen, which has been handed down to this day at Mibuji Temple, a famous temple in Kyoto, is said to have been created by Engaku Shonin in March of the second year of Shoan (1308). Since then, the costumes used in this Kyogen have been donated by good men and women throughout the world.
The phoenixes face each other in a circle pattern, and paulownia flowers are placed on the four sides of the phoenixes. This is one of the Mibuji Saki used for Kyogen costumes. This is one of the Mibudera Saki that was used for Kyogen costumes.
This piece is a precisely scaled down version of the Mibudera Saki that has this history and faith, and is made as a sutra brocade. (Reproduced without permission)
