Kin-ko-mon (Design of Golden Shachihoko)

The golden shachihoko (top ornament of a castle) placed on the top of Nagoya Castle were restored in 1959, whereas the original one were made in 1612 AD. This brocade was made in commemoration of 25th anniversary of replacement of the new ornament. We have made into warp-pattern brocade which was flourished in the Han Dynasty, China (206 BC~220 AD).
