Product Description

An item for tea ceremony, good for interior decoration, too.

Pattern Description

Yu-yoku Ushi-mon-yo Nishiki (Brocade with Design of Winged Bull)

The bull has been modeled as Tutelary deity since the ancient times. This design is modeled after a relief of silver ware made in Achaemenid Empire (550~330 BC), Persia, depicting unicornous winged bull with elaborate technique. We have made into warp-pattered brocade constructing the consecutive bull design.
