Sei-hō Yō-ken-mon(Brocade of Dog Design in Sacred Medallion)

We have composed this design modeled after a medallion pattern drawn on the floor tiles at a Gothic-style cathedral built in Paris in the 13th century. An organic design consisting of animal and arabesque pattern is arranged in a geometric framework as seen in the original tile art. A brilliant design is woven into warp-patterned brocade with our distinguished weaving technique.
