We have prepared a special set in limited quantities together with Suetomi, a famous Kyoto confectioner. The set includes an assortment of Suetomi's dried confectionaries in an original purse made of "Tō-sai Yūba-mon" Keikin brocade by Tatsumura Bijutsu Orimono. This set is recommended for year-end and New Year's greetings.

The outer fabric of this specially made drawstring bag features a "Tō-sai Yūba-mon" design, which uses the zodiac sign for 2026, the horse, while the lining is a vibrant deep light blue. Since ancient times, horses have been considered auspicious animals, symbolizing progress and leaps forward, due to their powerful galloping form. This auspicious pattern represents carving out a path to the future with energy and passion. This drawstring bag is filled with wishes for a new year filled with happiness. Tō-sai Yūba-mon(Galloping Horse Design on the White Porcelain)

"AKAE" is a type of Chinese pottery product of which preliminary designs are drawn by red, green, blue, and black glaze on the white porcelain. It influenced far to the European ceramic arts in the Ming Dynasty, China days (14C～17C, AD).

We have modeled one of the "AKAE" designs depicting galloping horses and added the collection of luck-bringing items, like seven treasures, clove, and peony arabesque as symbol of riches and honors.

We have woven into warp-patterned brocade with our exquisite weaving tschnique, the brushwork of the galloping horses and the charm of the "AKAE" of the Ming Dynasty.
