MUKOU-MUKI miffy(miffy Facing the Other Way)
There are many miffy's posture being loved by kids and adults all over the world. Out of them, here, we focus on the posture of "miffy Facing the Other Way", because of the beauty of its silhouette.
Traditionally in Japan, one of the popular designs drawn on the "FUSUMA" (a sliding paper door) is "a rabbit facing the other way". Also, in the "MEIBUTSU-GIRE" (specialty cloth) designs, there has been "HANA USAGI" (rabbit in the flower bed) design since the Medieval Ages. These designs were loved by the masters of tea ceremony while enjoying WABI-SABI (subdued refinance), and the citizens who enjoyed the delicacy. People thought that a rabbit lives in the moon and she brings us a good luck.
Here, we have made a unique design of miffy, together with the Japanese traditional "FUSUMA" and "MEIBUTSU-GIRE" rabbits, all are facing the other way.
