Description
An item for tea ceremony, good for interior decoration, too.

Ju-ka-yo-raku-mon(Brocade with Carpet Design of Flower and Sheep, Joyfully Arranged)
The carpets made in the Silk Road, Central Asia, often said to be a beautiful decoration like a blooming flower, were woven in deserts or in oasises by the nomadic people while they were traveling with their sheep, goats, and camels.
The carpets were carefully woven in severe weather circumstances with the designs of the flowers, the greens, and the natural lives, thoroughly arranged each other. They were used as the gorgeous decoration on the floor of their yurts (a portable house).
We have woven this warp-patterned brocade, by our distinguished weaving technique, with the designs modeled after the ancient carpets and arranged to our own, recalling the landscapes and their daily lives of the past times.
