An item for tea ceremony, good for interior decoration, too.

Paired Antelopes Under a Sacred Tree(Warp-patterned Brocade)
The design is based on the wall decoration of a palace built by King Tukulti-Ninurta I (1244-1208 B.C.) of Assyria which flourished in the northern part of Mesopotamia (presently Iraq) along the River Tigris.
Of the several kinds of paired animals under sacred trees painted on the same wall, antelopes are made a motif of this pattern, which is woven into a colorful warp-patterned brocade in refined taste.
